Wilson personally reviews every enquiry and replies within a few hours — usually the same day for morning submissions, or first thing the following morning for late evening enquiries. You will receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation with your exact session time, meeting point instructions, and what to bring.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the booking date can be moved to another available slot at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge. In the event of unsafe weather conditions — thunderstorm, strong winds — Wilson will reschedule your session to another date at no charge. We contact you in advance if weather looks problematic.

Same-day bookings depend on availability. WhatsApp Wilson directly at +65 8591 8108 for same-day or next-day requests — this is the fastest way to confirm a slot at short notice. Online enquiries are best for bookings 2 or more days ahead.

For groups of 7 or more we arrange consecutive sessions on the same day — the first group goes out while the second waits at the pier, then they swap. Payment details and deposit requirements will be confirmed by Wilson when he replies to your enquiry. For package purchases, full payment is made upfront. For ad hoc sessions, Wilson will advise the payment method and timing at confirmation.
