Do the pre-booked hours expire?
Yes. Anniversary pre-booked hours expire 31 Dec 2026. This is our thank-you to the community — use your hours whenever the timing works for you.
Can I buy hours across multiple tiers?
Yes — if Tier 1 still has hours available, you can purchase from Tier 1. When Tier 1 is sold out, Tier 2 opens. You can purchase from whichever tier is currently open. You cannot purchase from a future tier that has not opened yet.
How many hours can I buy per tier?
Each tier has 20 hours total available across all buyers. You can purchase any amount from what remains — from a minimum of 2 hours up to the full remaining allocation in that tier. WhatsApp Wilson at +65 8591 8108 to check how many hours remain in the current open tier.
What is the minimum session length when I use my pre-booked hours?
The minimum session booking is 2 hours. Pre-booked hours are deducted from your balance at the rate of the session you book. For example, a 2-hour session uses 2 hours from your pre-booked balance.
Can I use my anniversary hours for any activity — wake surfing and wakeboarding?
Yes — your pre-booked anniversary hours cover the private boat session, which includes both wake surfing and wakeboarding. You and your group can switch between sports mid-session at no extra charge.
Can I gift anniversary hours to someone else?
Yes — anniversary pre-booked hours can be gifted to friends or family. Just let Wilson know when booking that the hours are a gift and he will arrange the session under the recipient’s name.
