If someone in your team has experience, Wilson adjusts the coaching for their level so they are challenged rather than bored.

Our 23ft MasterCraft fits up to 6 passengers plus Wilson as captain and coach. For groups larger than 6, we arrange consecutive sessions on the same day — the first group of 6 goes out while the second group waits at the pier, then they swap. This keeps the wait short and the energy high. For groups of 12 or more, contact us to discuss multi-boat arrangements.

Yes. For groups of 7–12, we typically run two consecutive 2-hour sessions on the same morning, with teams swapping at the halfway point. Yes. Wake surfing in particular is a low-speed, low-impact water sport suitable for most fitness levels and ages. Wakeboarding is slightly more physically demanding but still entirely accessible for beginners of any fitness level. Wilson adjusts the boat speed, wave size, and coaching intensity for each individual rider. Participants with specific medical conditions or injuries should consult their doctor beforehand — as with any physical activity.

We operate daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, including weekends and public holidays. For corporate sessions, we recommend morning slots (7:00 am – 12:00 pm) for the calmest water conditions and most comfortable temperatures. Early morning bookings are especially popular as water is glassy before the afternoon wind picks up. Advance booking of 2–3 weeks is recommended for weekday slots and 4–6 weeks for weekend dates.

Absolutely. Our MasterCraft switches instantly between wake surfing and wakeboard mode. Many corporate groups split their session — half the team tries wake surfing, the other half tries wakeboarding, then they swap so everyone experiences both. This variety keeps energy levels high throughout the session.

Yes — ample parking is available at Marina Country Club. From the car park, Pier #5 is clearly signposted and approximately a 5-minute walk. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your session start time so the safety briefing and equipment fitting can be done without rushing.

Yes. A proper invoice with all billing details is issued on request on the day of your session or in advance for finance approval processes. Most companies process corporate sessions under staff welfare, L&D budgets, or employee engagement activities. Let us know your company’s billing requirements when you make the enquiry and we accommodate them.

Light rain does not affect sessions — participants are already getting wet and the water is often smoothest during drizzle. In the event of a thunderstorm, strong winds, or conditions deemed unsafe by Wilson, we reschedule your session to the next available date at no charge. We monitor weather closely and contact you at least 2 hours in advance if rescheduling looks necessary. For corporate sessions where advance notice matters, we always communicate as early as possible.
