Absolute Beach Boys Pte Ltd’s Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT
All payments made to Absolute Beach Boys Pte Ltd shall be deemed as acceptance & compliance to the company’s terms & conditions. No refunds shall be allowed upon confirmation of booking.

In the event of a postponement, the following penalties shall apply for the changes made:

• More than 7 days in advance: 10% will be charged and 90% of the payment received will be credited towards your rescheduled session (within 3 months from the original date of session).
• 2 to 7 days in advance: 50% will be charged and 50% of the payment received will be credited towards your rescheduled session (within 3 months from the original date of session).
• 48 hours or less from original date/time of session: 100% will be charged.

Please note that all change requests can only be made once. Absolute Beach Boys Pte Ltd shall not be obligated to accept subsequent requests for further changes to postponed/rescheduled sessions. All rescheduled sessions must occur no later than 3 months from your original date of session.

CANCELLATION 
Non-refundable.

• Refund requests (if any) due to unforeseeable circumstances and accompanied with valid supporting documents, shall be considered solely at the discretion of Absolute Beach Boys Pte Ltd only.

SESSION
The customer shall not be entitled to a refund or credit term in the event of a later start or an early departure from the activity. Extra costs incurred due to a later start, an early departure, or the postponement of an activity, are to be  borne by the customer.

It is your duty/responsibility to be present on time at the designated sail off locations (ie. Pier 5 of Marina Country Club/Pier 1 of SAFYC) for your session, regardless of the weather conditions*. Sessions are inclusive of travelling time to ski location and back to pier.

*Absolute Beach Boys Pte Ltd reserves the right to deem a postponement of session by customer(s) due to inclement weather out of Punggol/Seletar/Yishun vicinity as a no-show.

WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather on site(s), dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control, the event may be delayed and/or cancelled at the absolute discretion of Absolute Beach Boys Pte Ltd.

Should the session be delayed and/or cancelled due to reasons stated above, any unused fees paid, may be credited towards your rescheduled session (within 3 months from the original date of session).

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Due to MPA enforcement now, we are unable to take single customers. If you are alone, please get a look out (your friend) to sit in the boat while you wakeboard/wakesurf.

By confirming the booking, You acknowledge that You have read and agreed to the above outlined on the Session(s) price, Terms & Conditions, Terms of Participant Agreement, Indemnification, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability.
